Things get busy and exciting around this time of year in Sarasota. There are tons of great events happening in February, it is almost impossible to keep track of them all. Here are some of the top festivals and events that are always crowd-pleasing.

Bradenton Area River Regatta – This is a free event that offers Formula 2 boat racing, fireworks, food festival and so much more. Come for the powerboat races and stay for the music, colossal ferris wheel, stunt dogs, and kids activities. This is one event you won’t want to miss!

When: Feb. 3, 2018 from 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Where: East of the Green Bridge on the Manatee River
Cost: FREE

Circus Sarasota – “Ovation” Will honor the 250th anniversary of the circus legacy in Sarasota. Watch high wire artists, clowns, daredevil acts and more.

When: Feb. 9 – March 4, 2018
Where: Nathan Benderson Park
Cost: $12 – $44 and parking is $5 (all parking proceeds go to local charities)

OriolesREACH Birdland Golf Classic – This is the 8th annual golf club event with Orioles players and coaches. Play a round with your favorite baseball professionals at the Ritz-Carlton Members Golf Club in Lakewood Ranch. Entry deadline is Jan. 26 and there is an 84 golfer limit.

When: Feb. 13, 2018 starting @ 11 a.m.
Where: Ritz-Carlton Golf Club

Thunder by the Bay – Hear the roar of motorcycles and rock music at the 20th annual Sarasota festival in Lakewood Ranch. Stay for the “Bikes on Main” block party in downtown Sarasota.

When: Feb. 15 – 18, 2018
Where: Sarasota County Fairgrounds and Main St. Sarasota

Superhero 5K and Fun Run – Bridge of Life hosts this 5k run for all age. This is an event that seeks to raise awareness about foster care community needs. Post-race breakfast for all runners. Awards and prizes given to best times, best dressed and other great categories.

When: Feb. 17, 2018
Where: Nathan Benderson Park

Fine Arts Festival – Hosted by the ArtCenter Manatee, over 75 artists will display their handmade goods including stained glass, pottery, paintings, crafts and more.

When: Feb. 24 – 25, 2018
Where: Riverwalk Park in downtown Bradenton, and free parking is available in the Bradenton Financial Center
Cost: FREE
